Located just around the corner from The Hadham lights in Little Hadham lies the Kiln Farm estate which is currently being developed and their first completed property has just hit the market.

Moving inside, this brand new property has been dressed to impress which is really helpful for my photographs as there’s nothing worse than an empty room. Here I wanted to show both windows and the views of the fields that they offer.

The reverse angle offers a look into the ensuite and walk in wardrobe. Both of these spaces needed lighting as well as the landing. A really lovely room the fact that all spaces have been dressed really shows of its full potential.

Moving downstairs into the living room it was actually starting to rain when I took this so deployed some lights outside in the garden to give the appearance of sunlight hitting the room. As with the bedroom I wanted to show both windows and take a second shot later showing the fireplace but for this shot it was all about showing the windows.

Beautiful kitchen which would have looked lost without the added table and chairs. One thing I always do is align chairs, they look weird if they’re not straight. Lovely bi-fold doors offering views into the garden and the fields beyond. I had lights outside again adding fake sunlight streaming through the windows to give the room a lighter feel.

Lastly a more detailed close up of the kitchen area. Again it looks wonderful thanks to the dressing sadly the little cupcakes were fake. I had to be careful of where I positioned myself due to reflections from the cooker and cupboards but while making sure I showed the appliances including the wine cooler on the left.
